A contract for upgrade, installation and maintenance of ESPRIT CAD/CAM software was signed between RAPID PROGRESS LTD. and IKIS SL Ltd. – the company awarded with Gold Medal and Diploma at the 2012 International Technical Fair in Plovdiv for its designed and manufactured machine for sheet metal cutting – iSL Photonics Gladius 400.

IKIS SL Ltd is founded in 1998, which scope of activity is manufacturing of lighting fixtures. For almost 15 years the company has been striving to manufacture high quality products in fields of lighting and interior design. At present IKIS SL Ltd owns production facility that was entirely renovated at the end of 2011.

A Doors Open Day was organized in “Palas” hotel, in the city of Kazanlak by Yamazaki Mazak Central Europe and Bimex Limited. The hosts of the event made a presentation of the Japanese corporation Mazak – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of machine tools, the latest models of machines series Smart and controling systems Mazatrol-2.

Ivan Valkov presented the software capabilities of ESPRIT CAD / CAM system, regarding the successful development, programmed in MAZAK headquarters in England, where he works as a leading engineer, subcontractor in a project of DP Technology, the developer of ESPRIT CAD / CAM software.

After a successful partnership between DP Technology and MAZAK USA, Ivan Valkov, the managing director of RAPID PROGRESS LTD., was chosen to participate as leading engineer – MAZAK Specialist in a project at the headquarters of Mazak, which is located in Worcester, England.

MAZAK certifies DP Technology Corporation as newest VIP Partner. The VIP program fosters a high level of cooperation and technological integration, as brings together producers of complementary technologies to create more innovative products and turnkey processes.

Mazak Corporation has become a leader in CNC machine production, due to continuously investing in manufacturing technology and providing high-quality technological solutions. DP Technology is well known for its flagship product ESPRIT, a high-performance, full-spectrum programming system for milling, turning, wire EDM and multi-tasking machine tools.

On June 10 this year, Palfinger Bulgaria Ltd. renew annual maintenance and upgrade of ESPRIT CAD / CAM software for four places, after signing a contract for installation, maintenance and training of ESPRIT CAD / CAM software on 10 March 2010. Our technicians and CAD / CAM specialists will hold training in the company’s plant in Tenevo, near to Yambol.

We signed a contract for Kompas-Graphic with Centromet JSC – Vratsa. The company, a member of Metal Technology Group A. Balevski Holding was awarded in 2009 for its investments made in 2008.

Centromet is a foundry for centrifugal steel and cast iron castings – tubes and tube assemblies for chemical industry, cylinder liners for marine diesel engines and diesel generators, rolls for the ceramic industry, furnace rolls, double-layer rolls, bi-metal parts, special cylinders for flush pumps for mine industry and geological researches, other cast parts for the chemical, metallurgic, mining and machine-building industries.

A contract for upgrade, installation and support of ESPRIT CAD/CAM Software was signed between RAPID PROGRESS and Arexim Engineering Ltd.

AREXIM is a leading manufacturer of plastic components and injection mould tools based in Bulgaria and was awarded as the best global supplier of factory components by Schneider Electric last year (2012).

Today MODUL PLC manufactures reduction gears – worm, cylindrical, planetary and other gears as well as a great variety of spare parts made according to its own drawings or custom designed. Nearly 50% of the plant’s production is for export.
